About

Jacob Van Winkle is the Principal and Founder of Main & Vine, established in 2025, bringing 20 years of hospitality experience to the company. Prior to Main & Vine, he served as President of Tandem Hospitality Group and spent over a decade in executive leadership at Schulte Hospitality Group, including COO of Schulte Boutique and Lifestyle. He has experience across extended stay, focused service, all-suites, and full-service hotels nationwide and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky’s Hospitality Management and Tourism program.
